Cuticle oils and ready to ship items are processed within standard dispatch times. Jewellery pieces are often made available on a pre-order basis and may take proximately 2-3 weeks before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders for ready-to-ship items may be cancelled before dispatch.
Pre-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update details before your order has been processed.
