This means your piece is created or sourced especially for you once your order is placed.

This approach allows us to maintain quality, minimise waste and offer thoughtfully crafted pieces without mass production.

Processing Time

Made-to-order items require additional preparation time before shipping.

Estimated processing time is:

2–3 weeks

Once your piece is ready, it will be dispatched using your selected delivery method.

CANCELLATIONS

As made-to-order pieces are prepared specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
