At Elévatd, we aim to get your luxury beauty essentials to you as swiftly and smoothly as possible.


Processing Time

Beauty products :

 orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

 

Jewellery (pre order items):

Jewellery is currently available on a pre order basis.

Pre order items require production time before dispatch.

Processing time for jewellery is typically: 

2-3 weeks before shipping.

 

By placing a pre order, you agree to this timeframe.

 

Shipping Methods:

We currently offer shipping via trusted UK couriers including:

  • Royal Mail
  • Yodel
  •  Evri

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class / Yodel / Evri): 2–4 working days
  • Tracked or Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the UK only.

 

Returns &  Delivery Issues

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened beauty products cannot be returned
  • Pre order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
