Our warranty does not cover:

- Tarnishing due to improper care
- Scratches from daily use
- Accidental damage
- Water or chemical exposure
- Misuse or bending

ELÉVATD offers a 30 day quality guarantee on jewellery pieces.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivering and we will review the issue.
This guarantee covers craftsmanship-related faults and does not cover general wear, accidental damage or improper care
