At Elévatd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to elevate your everyday. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Cuticle Oils And Beauty Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any beauty products that have been opened, used or tampered with.
If your item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Jewellery (pre order items)
our jewellery pieces are sold on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise.
This means your item is secured and enters production once your order is placed.
Because of this:
- Pre orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Processing time is typically 2-3 weeks before show dispatch.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
Please ensure your selection is correct before ordering.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
we will offer:
- Replacement
- Or refund if replacement is unavailable
- Photo evidence may be required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 working days for processing.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.

- Reason for return
- Photos ( if faulty)

- Be unused and undamaged

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
